Review by hotel critic
B&B Roma Royal ResidenceDuring my recent stay at the B&B Roma Royal Residence, I found the experience offered a compelling blend of value and comfort, especially noteworthy for travelers seeking convenience without the high price tag typical of downtown lodging in Rome. Strategically located just a 10 to 15-minute walk from landmarks such as the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain, this accommodation allows visitors to explore Rome's rich history effortlessly. The establishment's housekeeping was diligent, maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay, which enhanced the overall experience. The complimentary breakfast provided a solid start to the day, featuring a selection of toasts, local cheeses, sausages, and coffee that was both hearty and satisfying. A mini supermarket located a mere five-minute stroll away is a significant advantage for those looking to manage their expenses more closely, alongside an array of reasonably-priced dining options nearby. While the air conditioning in our family suite could have performed better, the room size may comfortably accommodate travelers for short stays. I would certainly consider returning on my next visit to Rome.
